Donna
Donna has always had an interest in yoga, both in a private practice and classroom. She is a 200 hour RYT, teaching for 4 years, and has been certified in Hatha Yoga since 2019. Donna loves to teach a gentle slow flow yoga, both mat and chair. She uses props in a variety of interesting ways to help her clients obtain the best use of their muscles and movements. Donna carefully studies her clients to see how well they move and tries not to push them beyond what they can do. She enjoys teaching yoga and watching how it benefits the clients that join her in class.
